Shipping and Returns Policy


  1. Diamspark offers complimentary shipping on all orders.
  2. Additional charges apply for express shipping.
  3. Each order is suitably packaged, fully insured, and shipped using only the most reliable courier company.
  4. Our packages are fully insured until delivery at the shipping address.
  5. For protection of your shipment, we will need an adult signature at the time of delivery. Moreover, to ensure that someone will be available to sign for your package, an e-mail will be sent notifying you that it has been shipped.
  6. We also offer an option for complimentary pick up at our store.
  7. Diamspark is committed to well-timed delivery for your package. However, there may be delays in delivery due to carrier interruptions, weather conditions, or incorrect delivery addresses or any external setback which are beyond our control.

return or exchange

  1. All returns must be returned within 14 days from the day on which you receive your delivery.
  2. If for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return it within 14 days for an exchange or a refund. Please note that in the case of a returning any item, 3% restocking fee will be applied.
  3. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
  4. All returned items will be evaluated for any damage, alteration, engraving, setting (certified diamonds that are purchased loose can't be set in a setting and returned) or resizing (anywhere else other than at Diamspark) that occurred after the item was shipped to the customer.
  5. If we conclude that an item has been transformed in any way, we won’t accept it for return, and will ship it back to you.
  6. If an item is accepted for return (or an order is canceled), Diamspark will issue a refund or exchange within 10-20 business days. Payment made via credit card will be credited back to your bank account. Wire transfer payments will be refunded via a wire transfer to the customer’s account.
  7. We will provide our customers with an insured return label.
  8. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
  9. Custom items such as any custom jewelry, cannot be returned or canceled.
  10. Sale items are not subject to return or exchange. Only regular priced items may be refunded or exchanged.
  11. When failed to return the original diamond certificate (when applicable) will nullify your return.
